Using the REASA system couldn’t be simpler!

To get statistical market values for most residential real property in the Northern Virginia area, just log onto our WEB site at www.reasa.com and enter an address for the chosen property.

REASA will check to make sure that address is in our database (most are, since we have over 500,000 properties for Northern Virginia). We report the search results and ask you to verify that the one in our system matches your query.

What if there are spelling differences or other features of your query that do not match the REASA database exactly?

If no exact match is found, REASA will show all near matches. In this case, you verify that your property appears in the list, then select (click) a report to the right of that property. You may select from two report formats:

• The Valuation Only report provides the likely market value for the selected property.
• The Valuation + report provides the likely market value and the significant property characteristics (age, size, etc) which are available from the public records.

• A Valuation/Comp report providing the above information and a set of comparable sales will be available soon.

Either the Valuation or the Valuation + report counts as one of your pre-paid reports.

Once you verify your selection and enter your account data (commercial users need only enter their user ID the first time they make a query), a REASA REPORT appears on line, instantly.

That's all there is to it. You may print your REASA REPORT to save with your other hard copy information, or just copy down the information you want - the REASA Valuation + report provides over a dozen property characteristics in addition to the evaluation, and custom reports are available to commercial customers.
